Who can attend the club for after school care?Membership at the Boys & Girls Clubs of NEPA is for any boy or girl between the ages of 6 through 18.

How much does a yearly membership cost?Yearly membership fee is $25.00

When are the club’s services available during the year?Club services begin June 1st and end May 31st.

Do club hours change when schools dismiss early?No. Club hours do not change when schools dismiss early.

Can my child bring their phone or ipad?The Club does not assume responsibility for any member’s possessions brought to the Club. Members are strongly encouraged to leave high value items at home.

Can my child use the phone at the club?The Club does not allow members to use the telephone for non-emergency calls. Please have your arrangements for pick-up in place before you drop your child/children off.

How is attendance recorded?The Club requires every member, visitor, volunteer, and staff to sign in and sign out at the registration desk.

Will the club make sure my child stays in the facility until I arrive to pick them up?The Club has an open-door policy and DOES NOT provide custodial care from September through May. Our open-door policy states that members are allowed to enter and leave the Club. If you wish for your child(ren) to remain at the Club, it is your responsibility to make sure your child understands your wishes and this policy. If you have any questions, contact the Club Director when you drop off your child(ren).

What do I need to do for my child(ren) to become a member?Members must have completed applications and membership fees in order to attend the Club.

Can Club staff members give my child medicine?Prescription/nonprescription medication WILL NOT be administered by any Club staff at any time. Arrangements can be made to store items if needed.
