The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania recently sponsored a Lights On After School event - one of 7,500 such events across the nation. Lackawanna County Commissioner Michael Washo presented Club officials with a proclamation declaring October 22nd as “Lights On After School Day” in Lackawanna County.
