The Boys & Girls of Northeastern Pennsylvania recently celebrated the end of the summer with the annual Hyland Day Picnic. The children had a day full of field activities, hamburgers and hotdogs, blueberry pie and watermelon eating contests, and lots of fun. Dr. Hyland is a long-time friend and benefactor of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is glad to be a sponsor of the Clubs annual picnic named in his honor. Pictured is Connor Miller showing off his finished watermelon plate. Connor won first place in the watermelon eating contest. |
